Key points for safe operation of tire workers

main points:
1. Operators should wear hard leather shoes and tight sleeved uniforms, as well as goggles.
2. When dismantling large-sized tires, electric equipment should be used to loosen and tighten bolts and nuts according to the specified torque.
Before inflating the disassembled and reassembled tire assembly, practical measures must be taken to tighten the steel ring pressure strip clamp to prevent it from flying out and injuring people.
4. When checking tire pressure and inflating, do not observe the valve core directly during disassembly and installation to prevent the valve core from flying out and injuring the eyes.
5. The removed tire assembly should be placed flat to prevent the tire from tipping over and injuring the operator.
Before starting work, check if the equipment is in good condition and prepare the work site.
7. The valves must be aligned and installed in the direction indicated by the markings. When dual tires are installed together, the valves must be arranged relative to each other.
8. When loading and unloading tires, the vehicle's support must be stable, and it is not allowed to operate without stable support.
9. The tire must be fitted with a wheel rim that meets the specified size. When the rim flange is damaged or corroded, the wheel rim screw hole must not have any twists, scratches, burrs, etc. It is forbidden to use a hammer to strike the wheel. When disassembling and assembling tires, be careful to prevent the spring retaining ring from popping out and injuring people.
10. When installing twin tires together, a certain distance should be maintained, and the ventilation holes of both wheels must be aligned. Tires with large curtains, patched tires, or refurbished tires are not allowed to be installed on the front wheels. For tires with specified rotation direction, attention should be paid to whether the rotation direction of the installed tires is consistent.
