Redefining the Wheel Hub Assembly for Electric Vehicles
Unlike conventional vehicles, electric cars impose stricter demands on wheel hub assemblies: higher starting torque, more frequent regenerative braking shocks, and tighter underbody packaging. 26 years of experience in the aftermarket, our engineering team has made targeted improvements to the bearing raceway geometry, sealing structure, and grease formulation. This batch of new products already covers the Volkswagen ID. series and several MEB‑platform based electric models, with plans to extend to more European EV models.

Mass Production with Strict Quality Control
The new wheel hub assemblies are now being mass produced on our automated assembly line. From forging, machining, and heat treatment to assembly and dynamic torque testing, every step follows the IATF 16949 quality management system. Before leaving the factory, each wheel hub assembly undergoes 100% ABS signal and clearance testing to ensure stable service life and safety margins even under high EV loads.
